About this project

EU 4 Inclusive Teaching project is funded by the European Union project aiming at introducing an inclusive teaching model and a competence-based curricula in the pre-university education system in Albania. It follows the principle of leaving no child behind and supports modernization of Albanian education system.

Open Society Foundation for Albania (OSFA)

OSFA is an independent, non-political, and non-profit organization, part of the Open Society Foundations (OSF) working for justice, democratic governance, and human rights, supporting reforms in the judiciary system, education, and healthcare, and empowering the civil society and minority communities.


Tampere University of Applied Science (TAMK)

TAMK is a professional teacher education unit operating in Finland. TAMK is owned by Tampere University and together they form the Tampere University Community. The Tampere University community has more than 30,000 students and 4,400 members of staff.

Our Team

Klodjan Seferaj has completed economic studies in Romania, and his master studies in finance in Albania. His earlier professional experiences include working as project manager, researcher and consultant in various projects funded by different donors and international organization during 2004-2010. He supported the offices of the Ministry of Education (2008-2009), the Prime Minister (2009-2012), the Ministry of European Integration in Albania (2013) improve their institutional capacity building, strategic planning, budgeting, and monitoring systems, increasing capacities for management of EU funding and assess European integration and development strategies. From November 2013 he is working as program manager for European integration at Open Society Foundation for Albania.

Employed since 2000, Blerta worked in different positions within OSFA, including Secretary, Executive Assistant, Grants Manager and Programs Coordinator. Since 2010, Blerta holds the position of Administrative Assistant and Scholarship Program Coordinator. Previously, Mrs. Lala worked first as High School teacher, then for the Regional Environment Center- REC Albania and two projects of OSFA: 'Career Consulting Project' and 'Consulting Students Center'. Mrs. Lala holds BA & MSc in Linguistics& Literature from University of Tirana- Albania and additionally she is trained in project writing, budgeting and management, entrepreneurship, gender equality issues, participatory budgeting for local governance, security awareness essentials, etc.

Montana has a degree in Finance and Bank. She has more than 7 years’ experience within the multinational professional services network of Deloitte’s; 5 years of which in the Audit Department and more than 2 years in the Financial Advisory Services Department. Among other experiences, during these years she has been part of the Deloitte’s Milan office, Deloitte’s UK office, Deloitte’s Germany office and Deloitte’s Luxembourg office, respectively in the experienced senior position and in the manager position. She has gained extensive experience in audits and financial advisory services of Deloitte’s major clients. Montana has joined OSFA in the position of the Finance Officer for the Project of EU 4 Inclusive Teaching from February 2022.

Silva Dedei joined the Open Society Foundation as Executive Assistant and Grants Manager since 2015. During her work at OSFA, she has also held the position of Procurement Manager and Event Organizer. Currently she is working as Executive Assistant, Grant Manager and HR Coordinator. In her previous experiences she has served as Project Coordination for the “Inter-religious Council of Albania” and Executive Assistant for “Teo-Alb”. Silva has studied English Language and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Tirana University in Albania.
